Lake Atitlan, Guatemala - April 2025

A retreat that was yearssss in the making and totally worth the wait. We spent our week at Villa Sumaya immersed in the magic of the lake, the steadiness of the volcanoes, and the rootedness of the Mayan traditions. Highlights included numerous lancha (boat) rides as lake taxis, being humbled by bracelet making in the local art collective, participating in a fire ceremony, and taking advantage of the amazing massage therapists (and comparing notes at meals).
