A 2-hour workshop to give you a foundation to drop into classes with ease and confidence.
New to Yoga? Don’t know your updog from your down dog? Or maybe you just want a refresh? This class offers an approachable foundation to prepare you for most flow, or vinyasa style classes. We will spend time learning variations, prop usage, and even introduce some philosophy and history. Class size will be kept small so individual attention can be offered.
